this site has a few that are between 10-15.
They have real pearls within the price range at /www.topearl.com it is mostly a wholesale site though so you need to double check the minimum number to purchase for some items. I got my bridesmaid jewelry at overstock.com you might fine a few things in the price range but probably not the drop type.
Target! They have 3 strands for $12!! The best part is they are 3 different sizes, so this way your girls have options, wearing one or all 3!

I looooove Etsy! You should check it out for all sorts of wedding stuff! I got my grooms gift, headpiece, and ring pillow there (all custom made!)
