Hey sista! I have a book that teaches you how to. You can buy the supplies at your local craft store (i.e. Michaels, ragshop, etc.)

Hemp necklaces are cool. I actually made some for my kids & they loved it. I got my book from barnes & noble, here’s the one that I got…
