I’d try Charming Charlies. Some of there stuff is kinda cheap but you can find some really nice stuff there as well without it being too expensive. You could be in there for hours digging around.

Also, now Target’s jewelry is getting to be a lot nicer if you don’t have a Charming Charlies.
